Peach Cobbler – BBQ klassieker

Zoals al duidelijke gebleken is uit de ‘likes’, de desserts doen het nog altijd fantastisch op de blog :). Daarom wil ik jullie deze zeker niet onthouden. Dit snel recept is een afleiding van een ‘BBQ klassieker’ die ik vereenvoudigd gevonden heb op het internet. En die zeker de moeite waard is om eens klaar te maken.
Benodigdheden 4p:

  • 425 gram perziken
  • 120 gram boter
  • 65 gram bloem
  • 100 gr suiker
  • 1 ei, losgeklopt
  • snijfje zout

Setup van de Barbecue:logo indirecte zone

  • Maak de BBQ klaar om indirect te grillen op 180°C

Bereidingswijze:

  1. Schil de perziken, ontdoe ze van de pit en maak er partjes van.
  2. Meng met een vork de bloem, de suiker en de boter tot je een vastere masse krijgt. Roer er daarna het losgeklopt ei doorheen
  3. Vet kleine overschaaltjes in met zachte boter
  4. Vul nu alle schaaltjes met de perzikpartjes en strooi er het bloemmengsel overheen
  5. Bak indirect op middelhoog vuur van 180°C voor zo’n 25-30 minuten, tot de crumble mooi goudbruin zit.
  6. Serveer met een bolletje vanille ijs!
  7. Smakelijk!

Meng de boter en de bloem

Leg de perzikpartjes in de schaal en overgiet met het bloemmengsel
Bak indirect
Smakelijk!
