Rood Fruit met Cointreau

Desserts op de blog krijgen de meeste aandacht van de bezoekers merk ik. Dus speel ik graag in met een winters dessert. Ooit te eten gekregen bij Kurt Dekoninck, en het is me altijd bijgebleven. Trouwens, dit dessert scoort ook in de zomer door de frisheid van de Cointreau. 🙂
Ideaal om je aan op te warmen in deze koude dagen als dat nog niet gebeurde :).
Benodigdheden voor 4 personen:

  • 200 à 250 gram rood fruit (eventueel diepvries)
  • 4 marshmallows
  • 2 kaneelstokjes
  • 4-8 eetlepels Cointreau (of meer naar smaak :))
  • 4 aluminiumpotjes

Setup van de BBQ:Directe zone Grillen BBQ

  • Maak de barbecue klaar om direct te grillen op medium temperatuur van 180°C.

Bereidingswijze:

  1. Vul de potjes 3/4 met rood fruit.
  2. Snij een kaneelstokje in twee en steek deze in het fruit.
  3. Doe een goede scheut cointreau over het fruit.
  4. Werk af met een marshmallow.
  5. Zet nu de aluminiumpotjes direct boven de kolen en laat de Cointreau wat inkoken. Sluit het deksel van de barbecue om de marshmallow te doen ‘smelten’.
  6. Smakelijk!
