Wow, this heat ☀️ is killing me. I need refreshment 🍹.

So I grilled me some lemons 🍋 and added them to the sugar syrup. Fill a pitcher with water and ice cubes and the lemon mix. Finished it off with fresh mint leaves and ginger to add some extra flavor.

Wow, 😍 best lemonade I ever had, I tell you!

You can even add some Gin or Jack Daniels to it 🤪.

Wow, the second time I used these sous vide and I'm already in love. Warmed the steak for 45 min in 50 C water and then seared with mayonnaise for a good crust over hot coals 🔥.

I could even follow the progress of the sous vide on my phone through WiFi and adjust time and temp.

Man, this steak 🥩was super tender 🤤 and crunchy at the same time! I defenitaly will use this Sous Vide more! More experiments are coming!

Stuffed these pointed peppers with minced meat and herbs and smoked them for 20 min. Finished them with some melted mozzarella 🧀.⁣

I love to serve these as an appetizer, as they don't need much work and preparation.⁣

How do you know your ribs are almost done? One of the methods I use is the bend test.⁣

When you hold them with your tongs and it bend with little cracks in the meat, you have a little time to go.⁣
⁣
If the ribs bend like this and don't break, they are done! ⁣
Of course you can always check the internal temperature of the meat with a thermometer.🌡⁣

This easy appetizer is perfect to go with a drink and it is veggie too!⁣

Just slice the zucchini and marinate them in some olive oil and Italian herbs. Grill them till charred. At the end of a slice add one spoon of the goat cheese and roll the zucchini. Add some red pepper for a kick. ⁣

Since long I wanted to try fank steak. So for my first time, I made it clean with some steak rub by @noskosbbq. I seasoned it not too much, because of the thin meat.⁣

After grilling this steak, I was surprised of the tenderness and juiciness of this fank steak. Definitely one of my favorite steaks to prepare.

Bacon-Wrapped Carrots 🥓🥕!

I had to jump on this hype too, sorry for that 😜.
Wanted to know what it tasted like, and also, it's looks kinda cool...

Parboiled the carrots and wrapped them with bacon. Glazed the bacon with maple syrup with a pinch of cayenne pepper for some heat.

Not a bad side dish, but not one of my favorites. Next time, just bacon 🥓 for me, leave the carrots in the fridge 😆.
